By accessing or using ItemFinderImage.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ItemFinderImage.com provides a tool that overlays item details, date, time, and location information onto a user-supplied photograph to create a "item finder image." A Free plan and an optional paid Premium plan are offered.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the accuracy of the details you enter. You must not upload images that infringe on the rights of others, contain illegal content, or violate any third party's privacy.

4. Free and Premium Plans

The Free plan allows a limited number of generated images per month at standard resolution. The Premium plan is a paid subscription, billed as described on the Pricing page, that unlocks higher usage limits and additional features. Payments are processed securely through PayPal; ItemFinderImage.com does not store your payment card details.

5. Generated Images and Storage

Generated images are stored temporarily on our servers to allow download and sharing and are automatically deleted after a short period (typically 24 hours). You are responsible for downloading and backing up any image you wish to keep.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. By using the Service, you grant ItemFinderImage.com a limited license to process your image solely for the purpose of generating your item finder image.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItemFinderImage.com and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
